THE DEADLINE FOR NOMINATIONS is December 31, 2004. Nominations are being accepted in the following categories: Best Adoptive Parent of the Year, Best Foster Parent of the Year and the Association of Excellence.

For the Association award, we are requiring that each Association nominated submit a scrapbook documenting the Association's activities and events. The scrapbook will be returned at the awards banquet.

The Nominee(s) must be a member in good standing with AFPAG. All Applications must be postmarked no later than December 31, 2004 if mailed. Winners will be selected by a Committee appointed by the AFPAG Executive Board. Winners must attend the Awards Banquet at our annual conference.
